Purchasing / Refunds

What is your refund policy?

If you have not used the product within 14 days from the date of purchase, you are eligible for a refund.

If the product was discounted or part of a kit, the refund will be prorated to reflect the actual purchase price of the product.

My organization is tax exempt. Can we place an order online?

If you are outside the states of Tennessee and Florida, our website will not charge sales tax on your order. If you are a tax-exempt entity in one of the two states listed above, please call us at 877-333-EXAM (3926), and we'll be glad to assist you with these orders.

I purchased a product from the Boson website and would like to find my receipt. How can I do that?

You can view your purchase history on our site by logging in to your Boson account, pointing to the User icon, and then clicking Purchase History.

What are my payment options on your website?

Boson accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards for online purchases.

If you complete your purchase online by using an approved credit card account, you should receive an e-mail that contains your receipt within minutes from noreply@boson.com. If you do not receive that email in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder for this message.

Boson also accepts check or money order payments at checkout. If you purchase a Boson product by using a check or money order, please follow the instructions at checkout for quickest service. Please mail a copy of your checkout form along with your check or money order to the following address:

Boson processes orders paid by money order as soon as the funds are received. Processing of orders paid by corporate or personal check may be held for five (5) business days to allow the funds to clear your bank.

Purchase orders are accepted from educational institutions and organizations only with Net 30 Day terms and at Boson's discretion.

Wire transfer payments will be accepted; however, we will not place your order until we have received the funds from your bank. There is a $30.00 fee for using wire transfer. If you wish to pay via wire transfer, please notify us at support@boson.com so that we may provide wire transfer instructions.

Can my company or school be invoiced for our order?

Boson will gladly invoice academic, organizational, or corporate customers within the United States, provided they submit a purchase order. All international orders must be paid for at the time of purchase. You can make payment via credit card (by using an offline card form), and we will place the order for you when we have the card information. You can also pay via wire transfer, but we will not place the order until we have received the funds. There is a $30.00 fee to pay using wire transfer.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is only assessed for orders placed by customers in Tennessee and Florida.

Do you offer discounts on your products?

Yes, Boson does offer discounts, called Special Offers, on certain products based on your product purchase or activation history on our site. To find your Special Offer, please create or log in to your Boson account on our site and review the products listed on the Special Offers tab.

Are the prices on your website shown in United States dollars?

Yes, the prices listed on our website are shown in United States dollars.

Subscriptions

For most Boson products, subscription plans automatically renew. To turn off auto-renew, you simply need to cancel your subscription plan.

To manage your subscriptions, go to My Subscriptions, log in, locate the product that you want to cancel and adjust the Auto-Renew slider to On or Off.

When will my subscription auto-renew?

1-Year Subscription
Your product subscription automatically renews each year on your annual subscription date until you cancel it. We will notify you as your 12-month renewal date is approaching and will advise you about any changes that may take effect.

3-Month Subscription
You will be charged the rate stated at the time of purchase on the same day every 3 months, until you cancel. Your monthly rate is subject to change, but we will always notify you beforehand.

Can I stop my plan from renewing automatically?

Yes, you can cancel your product subscription at any time. When you cancel your subscription plan, you will still have access to associated product(s) until the end of your payment period. Canceling the auto-renew option does not immediately remove your access to the product(s).

To turn off auto-renew, simply go to My Subscriptions, log in, locate the product that you want to cancel and set the Auto-Renew to Off.

How do I cancel my product subscription?

You can cancel your product subscription at any time.

  1. Go to My Subscriptions and log in.
  2. Locate the product that you want to cancel and set Auto-Renew slider to Off.

When you cancel your subscription plan, you will still have access to associated product(s) until the end of your payment period.

What happens after you turn off auto-renew?

If you want to turn auto-renew back on, prior to the end of your subscription period, go to My Subscriptions, locate the product that you want to restart auto-renew and set the Auto-Renew slider to On. You will be billed on the date specified and continue to access your product(s) without interruption.

After your subscription plan date has ended, you will lose access to the associated products. If you want to renew access to that product, you can restart your subscription by visiting My Subscriptions and selecting the Renew Subscription button.
